About the event
The practice
You can expect 90 minutes of nourishing, restful yoga. All are welcome, including pregnant and postnatal people, and no experience of yoga is necessary.
The practice will combine gentle flowing movement, elements of yin and restorative yoga and easeful meditations.
Breathing exercises will be woven throughout, and we will end with plenty of time for unadulterated rest in savasana.
The space
We will practice in a beautiful light and bright community room in the new day services centre at the Severn Hospice in Bicton Heath.
