Do you ever wish savasana (the resting bit at the end of a yoga class) lasted a little bit longer?  Join the club...the Nap & Chat Club!

Please join me for these ad hoc classes.  You can expect an extra long restful yoga practice and yoga nidra, followed by a grounding hot drink and the opportunity to chat with others or just settle quietly back into your body before continuing with your weekend.

ABOUT NAP & CHAT CLUB

These extended practices are focussed entirely on finding a state of deep rest.  They invite you to rest and recharge, and to carve out time for yourself in the company of a community of others who also prioritise rest.

In each class I will share a nourishing yoga practice, followed by a seasonal yoga nidra.  Once the practice is over you are warmly invited to linger and join me for a grounding herbal tea as you slowly come back into the space: rested, rejuvenated and ready to return to your busy life. 

​

Nap & Chat Club takes place on an ad hoc basis and I advertise on social media and to my mailing list when a class is scheduled.
