MY APPROACH TO POSTNATAL YOGA
These yoga classes are known as the postnatal breathing space. The early months of motherhood are a time to be nurtured, to build community, to connect to your baby and reconnect to your changing self as you traverse matrescence.

Please join me for a six week postnatal yoga course specifically for pregnancy with a strong focus on embodied movement and deep rest. Each week you can expect:

Each week you can expect:

a warm and friendly welcome;

gentle yoga based movements to help you to connect to your postnatal body

breathwork practices to soothe your nervous system and support your transition to motherhood; and
-
community building and the opportunity to be heard in circle time
The course takes place over 6 weeks. This is not an exercise class and you do not need to wait for sign off from your GP or midwife to attend (although you can if you would prefer). As long as you are able to get to and from the venue, which includes a short walk from the car park, and can comfortably sit or lie on a yoga mat on the floor for an hour you are welcome.
