About the event
Please join me for a 6 week yoga course specifically for pregnancy with a strong focus on embodied movement and deep rest.
When is the course?
Classes take place on Monday evenings between 6.30 and 8pm. The course begins on Monday 15 September and continued for 6 weeks. The final class of the course will be Monday 20 October.
