About the event
Please join me for a 6 week postnatal yoga course (babies welcome!) on Monday mornings. This is aimed specifically at those who have given birth in the last 6 months.
When is the course?
Classes take place on Monday mornings between 11 am and 12 noon. The course begins on Monday 15 September and continued for 6 weeks. The final class of the course will be Monday 20 October.
