Yoga for busy minds and tired bodies
Pregnancy yoga classes offer a nurturing space in which you can connect deeply with your body and baby. They also provide an opportunity to meet a community of other mums to be in Shrewsbury.
Each class includes:
Gentle yoga flows designed to build strength and ease some of the discomfort that can sometimes come with pregnancy;
A variety of breathing and visualisation techniques that can be used during pregnancy, birth and beyond;
An opportunity to share your experiences with other mums to be in a safe and supportive space; and
Plenty of time for deep rest and relaxation.
You are welcome to join at any time during your pregnancy from 14 weeks onward.
I have limited availability for private and 1:1 sessions. Please contact me for further details.

5.30 - 6.30 on Monday evenings beginning 6 September 2021 at the Old School Hall, Oxon Parish Church, Shrewsbury. Booking is essential.
You are warmly invited to join me in a yoga practice intended to calm busy minds and soothe tired bodies.
We focus on the journey between poses, flowing through gentle sequences and building poses from the inside out and the ground up in order to support your body, find your pose and explore your yoga.
Every class begins and ends with breathwork or a meditation, and each practice is informed by the seasons and cycles going on around us in the natural world.
Pay as you go, join when you can, come as you are. General admission is £7 but if this is not accessible for you please use code WELCOME with each booking for a 50% discount. I am also really open to discussing possible skill exchanges in lieu of payment, please drop me a line to discuss.
I look forward to practicing with you.
